- Las Vegas Strip: Many of the largest hotel, casino and resort properties
in the world are located on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, including nineteen of the world’s twenty-five largest

- Entertainment: Renowned performances by Cirque du Soleil, the Blue Man Group
and many other famous performers and magicians are available in Las Vegas’s many resorts and venues. Free attractions include
the Fountains Bellagio, the Sirens of Treasure Island, the Volcano at The Mirage, and the Fall of Atlantis and Festival

- Hoover Dam: Located on the border between Nevada and Arizona, Hoover Dam was
once the world’s largest hydroelectric dam. Hoover Dam will be the subject of a general session lecture by Talbot
Manvel.
- Lake Mead and the Colorado River: Lake Mead is a manmade lake resulting from
the construction of Hoover Dam. Lake Mead and the Colorado River offer boating, rafting, fishing and other water
entertainments
- Grand Canyon: Carved by the Colorado River, the Grand Canyon is a natural
landmark of unmatched grandeur. The Grand Canyon is located about 200 miles from Las Vegas.
- Red Rock and Valley of Fire: Conference attendees interested in geology will
also enjoy Valley of Fire State Park, with its fascinating display of red sandstone formations northeast of Las Vegas.
